In the fashion sector, the smart dressing room ensures a unique and personalised purchase experience. The interactive mirror uses RFID tags to recognise the clothes that the customer brings into the dressing room. The customer can activate the interactive function when they choose. Similar to online shopping, the customer can then see all relevant information about the item: alternative colours, sizes available in stock, and suggestions for similar items. They can also send requests directly to the in-store staff. For a more realistic experience, the customer can also adjust the lighting in the dressing room to see the look at different times of the day.
